Plan your first Sunday
Come as you are.

Sunday morning
Four hours, and you can come to any of them.
8:30
Worship & Praise
The first service. Singing, prayer, and preaching straight from the passage. In the pastor’s own words: come as you are.
9:15
Coffee & Fellowship
The half hour in between. This is the easiest moment to meet somebody, and a good time to arrive if you would rather not walk into a service cold.
9:30
Sunday School
Classes for every age, preschool through adult. If you are not sure which room is yours, ask anyone — they will walk you there.
10:30
Worship & Praise
The second service, after Sunday School. Come to whichever hour suits your morning — both are worship, and neither is the “main” one.
Bringing children
Sunday School has a class for every age from preschool up. A nursery room is available, though it is not staffed. Awana Clubs run Sunday afternoons 3:30–5:30 for ages 3 through junior high, September through April.
Communion
Served the first Sunday of the month, in both services.

From Pastor Griess
Six reasons to come.
Come as you are!
The church is a family made up of individuals and families from many backgrounds with a united purpose of coming to know God and discovering his will together for our lives.
Come to be cared about!
Our world and even the church can feel so impersonal at times. At Zion you will find people who care, a pastor whose door is always open to you and who will pray for you. If we can be a help to you here at Zion, we want to!
Come to know God in a personal way!
Here at Zion we have discovered a precious gift from God made possible through a relationship with Jesus Christ. This gift is more fully described in “The Bridge — God’s Gift.”
Come to dig deeper!
We have several opportunities to dig deeper in God’s Word through our worship services, Bible Study Groups, Sunday School Classes for all ages, Youth Group and Awana for children and teens and Confirmation, Baptism & Membership Classes.
Come to care for others!
Healthy faith is active faith and here at Zion you’ll find many opportunities to put your faith in action. If you’re one who likes to lend a hand let us know and we’ll be happy to put you to work for Christ and his Kingdom!
Come to heal hurts and renew hope!
Our sanctuary is open through the week for private prayer and meditation on God’s promises. Members of our church staff are eager to meet you right where you are and move forward with you to a stronger relationship with God and with others!
